About – NDIS Registration

From 1 July 2026, all Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers must register with the

NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Mandatory registration requires passing independent certification audits against NDIS Practice Standards, implementing robust incident/complaint systems, and ensuring staff have NDIS Worker Screening Checks. This transition ensures higher safety standards for participants.
